2. How We Use Your Information
In accordance with institutional ethics, we use your data solely for the following:

Under the Indonesian UU PDP, you have the right to:

5. Security and Encryption
5.1 Infrastructure
We utilize Bank-Grade AES-256 encryption for all sensitive financial documents. Our servers are housed in Tier-III data centers with 24/7 security monitoring.
5.2 Access Control
Access to your loan application data is strictly limited to the “Need-to-Know” principle—only authorized loan officers and Sharia compliance auditors can view your records.
6. Retention of Data
Financial records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the full settlement of a loan, as required by Indonesian financial auditing standards. Non-active application data is purged after twelve (12) months.
7. International Data Transfers
While we primarily store data within Indonesia, some cloud-based security tools may process anonymized data globally. We ensure all partners adhere to equivalent or higher privacy standards than those required by Indonesian law.
