Welcome to the STAI Imam Syafi’i Loan Portal. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://loans.stai-imamsyafii.ac.id (the “Service”), managed by STAI Imam Syafi’i (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Scope of Service

1.1 Informational Gateway

The Service acts as a digital directory and comparison tool for student loans, faculty financing, and other Sharia-compliant credit products. We are not a bank or a lending institution. We provide information to facilitate your borrowing decisions.

1.2 Eligibility for Use

Access to specific loan application features is restricted to active members of the STAI Imam Syafi’i community with valid institutional credentials.

2. No Financial or Sharia Advice

2.1 Educational Purpose Only

The content, including interest-free loan guides and repayment calculators, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or specific Sharia-compliance (Fatwa) advice.

2.2 Independent Verification

While we strive for accuracy, loan terms, rates, and Sharia certifications from external lenders may change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all loan details with the lender before signing any Akad (Contract).

3. Loan Applications and External Lenders

3.1 Application Submission

When you submit a loan inquiry or application through the Service, you authorize us to transmit your data to the relevant lending committee or partner institution. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

3.2 Third-Party Agreements

Any loan agreement entered into is strictly between you and the lender. STAI Imam Syafi’i is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, the performance, collection, or disputes arising from such third-party contracts.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Honesty and Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information in all loan calculators and application forms. Providing fraudulent financial data is a violation of these Terms and may result in institutional disciplinary action.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal financial activities.

  • Attempt to bypass security measures to access other users’ loan data.

  • Use automated systems (bots) to scrape loan rate data.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, including the “Loan Repayment Blueprint” and Sharia-vetting methodologies, are the intellectual property of STAI Imam Syafi’i. You may not reproduce or redistribute these tools for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, STAI Imam Syafi’i shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from your choice of a specific loan product.

  • Any technical failures of the Service that result in missed application deadlines.

  • The actions or omissions of any third-party lenders listed on the portal.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Loan Portal if we suspect fraudulent activity, default on internal campus loans, or any breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with due consideration for Sharia principles applied within the institution. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts in Cianjur, West Java, or via the institutional Sharia arbitration committee.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in financial regulations or portal features. We will notify users of significant changes via the portal dashboard. Your continued use of the Service signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
